Getting here – and getting around.

1. EVC2023, Sandefjord, Norway
The venue and the village is at Oslofjord Convention Center in Sandefjord. With our One Venue – One Village concept, everyone will play table tennis, eat, sleep and have fun at Oslofjord. You don’t have to look for your friends – they will all be here!

2. Torp Airport Sandefjord
Torp has flights from 25 cities in 14 European countries. The airport is only 20 minutes from Oslofjord. Transport from the airport will be arranged.

3. Oslo airport Gardermoen
Oslo Airport Gardermoen is the main airport in Norway, north of Oslo. Travel time to Oslofjord is 2 hours or more with train or bus depending on traffic and waiting time. We will find good transport options for you from Oslo Gardermoen.

4. Bus transfer from the airports
If you arrive at Sandefjord Airport Torp (TRF) or Oslo Airport (OSL), you should have a look at our green, fast, door-to-door bus offer. You can pick and mix from several departures from the airports before the event, and from Oslofjord and back to the airport when you are going home.

5. Getting here by ferry
There are several routes from Germany (Kiel), the Netherlands (Eemshaven/Groningen), Denmark (several) and Sweden (Strömstad). Parking is possible at Oslofjord. All ferry options are listed here:
